الملخص السريع
- كل الحجوزات خاضعة للتوفر والتأكيد من مزوّد الخدمة.
- سياسة الإلغاء تختلف حسب الفندق أو شركة الطيران، وتظهر لك بوضوح قبل الدفع.
- أنت مسؤول عن صحة بيانات المسافرين وصلاحية وثائق السفر.
- الأهلة وسيط بينك وبين مزوّد الخدمة، وتخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
قبول الشروط
باستخدامك موقع الأهلة للسفر والسياحة أو خدمات الحجز فيه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وتقرّ بأنها ملزمة لك قانونياً. إذا لم توافق على أي جزء منها، يرجى عدم استخدام خدماتنا.
الحجز والدفع
- جميع الحجوزات عبر الأهلة خاضعة للتوفر والتأكيد.
- الأسعار معروضة بالريال السعودي ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك، وقد تتغير دون إشعار مسبق نتيجة تقلبات أسعار الصرف أو رسوم الوقود أو تغيّر الضرائب الحكومية.
- قد يُطلب الدفع الكامل أو الجزئي عند الحجز بحسب سياسة مزوّد الخدمة.
- أنت مسؤول عن تقديم بيانات صحيحة أثناء الحجز، ولا تتحمل الأهلة أي خسائر ناتجة عن بيانات غير صحيحة.
الإلغاء والاسترداد
- تختلف سياسات الإلغاء حسب مزوّد الخدمة (شركات الطيران، الفنادق، البرامج السياحية)، وتُعرض لك بوضوح عند الحجز.
- في حال الإلغاء، تُعالَج المبالغ المستردة (إن وُجدت) وفق شروط مزوّد الخدمة.
- قد تفرض الأهلة رسوم خدمة إضافة إلى أي رسوم يفرضها مزوّد الخدمة.
- عدم الحضور أو الإلغاء في اللحظات الأخيرة قد يترتب عليه خسارة كامل قيمة الحجز.
التعديلات على الحجز
- يُقدَّم أي طلب لتعديل الحجز كتابياً أو عبر حسابك في الموقع.
- جميع طلبات التعديل خاضعة للتوفر وقد تترتب عليها رسوم إضافية.
- تحتفظ الأهلة بحق تعديل الحجوزات أو إلغائها في الظروف غير المتوقعة أو حالات القوة القاهرة.
وثائق ومتطلبات السفر
- تقع عليك مسؤولية التأكد من أن جميع المسافرين يحملون جوازات سفر سارية وتأشيرات وشهادات تطعيم وأي وثائق أخرى مطلوبة.
- لا تتحمل الأهلة أي تأخير أو خسارة ناتجة عن عدم استيفاء متطلبات الدخول.
سلوك المستخدم
توافق على عدم:
- استخدام منصتنا في أي نشاط احتيالي أو غير مشروع.
- تعطيل أمان خدماتنا أو إمكانية الوصول إليها أو التدخل فيهما.
- إساءة استخدام المنصة للوصول غير المصرّح به إلى أنظمة أو شبكات أخرى.
حدود المسؤولية
- تعمل الأهلة وسيطاً فقط بين المسافرين ومزوّدي خدمات السفر.
- لسنا مسؤولين عن أي إصابة أو خسارة أو حادث أو ضرر أو تأخير ناتج عن تصرفات مزوّدي الخدمة الخارجيين.
- لا تتحمل الأهلة بأي حال المسؤولية عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو تبعية.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات والعلامات التجارية والمواد المعروضة على موقعنا ملكية فكرية للأهلة أو للجهات المرخِّصة لها. ويُحظر استخدام محتوانا لأغراض تجارية دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.
التغييرات على الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط والأحكام من وقت لآخر دون إشعار مسبق، ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التغيير قبولاً للشروط الجديدة.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتوافق على الاختصاص القضائي للمحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

Acceptance of terms
By using the Al Ahlla Tourism website or booking services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Booking & payment
- All bookings made through Al Ahlla Tourism are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated, and may change without prior notice due to exchange-rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes in government taxes.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the travel service provider.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. Al Ahlla Tourism is not liable for any losses due to incorrect details.
Cancellations & refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by service provider (airlines, hotels, tours) and are clearly communicated at the time of booking.
- In the case of a cancellation, refunds (if applicable) are processed according to the provider’s terms.
- Al Ahlla Tourism may charge a handling fee in addition to any provider-imposed charges.
- No-shows and last-minute cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
Changes & amendments
- Any request to amend or change a booking must be submitted in writing or via your user account.
- All change requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Al Ahlla Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in the case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
Travel documents & requirements
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all travellers have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents.
- Al Ahlla Tourism is not liable for any delays or losses due to non-compliance with entry requirements.
User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Disrupt or interfere with the security or accessibility of our services.
- Misuse the platform to obtain unauthorised access to other systems or networks.
Liability disclaimer
- Al Ahlla Tourism acts solely as an intermediary between travellers and travel service providers.
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss, accident, damage, or delay due to the actions of third-party providers.
- In no event shall Al Ahlla Tourism be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and materials displayed on our website are the intellectual property of Al Ahlla Tourism or its licensors. Use of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
